Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support, encouraging client engagement and social interaction. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior, reporting concerns to medical professionals as needed. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises, ensuring clients' comfort and safety. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated and personalized care plan. Qualifications : Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage varying levels of activity and adapt to the specific needs of each client. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
