• Description : Henry Ford Health in partnership with Ascension Medical Group is seeking a full-time Cardiology Electrophysiologist to join their dynamic Heart Rhythm Institute team delivering high-quality EP care across metro Detroit Michigan with leadership responsibilities and access to advanced technology teaching opportunities and strong multidisciplinary collaboration.Job Description : Provide outpatient and inpatient cardiac electrophysiology services across Henry Ford St. John Hospital Detroit and Henry Ford Warren Hospital WarrenWork Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. 4 : 30 p.m. with shared call coverage 2 : 1 ratio with another EP physicianTravel between multiple practice locations as neededPerform procedures including pacemaker and defibrillator implants as well as right- and left-sided ablationsParticipate in inpatient rounding during call weeks at multiple hospitals APP assists with independent rounding at Henry Ford St. John HospitalBuild and manage a patient panel with strong internal referral streams and existing volumeCollaborate with an experienced EP cardiologist APRN cardiovascular thoracic surgeons and a skilled support teamJoin a teaching hospital with over 200 residents and 30 fellows with opportunities to engage in education and mentoringContribute to high-acuity patient care in a Level I Trauma Center with advanced cardiac stroke and neuro-endovascular programUse Cerner EMR system transitioning to Epic in late 2025 early 2026No visa sponsorshipNo 1099 arrangementsCompensation and Benefits : Estimated salary range of not discussed upfront candidates may submit salary expectationsSign-on bonus offered amount to be determined.Health dental and vision insurance coverageHealth Savings Accounts HSA and Flexible Spending Accounts FSALife insurance optionsShort-term and long-term disability benefitsPaid vacation sick time and holidaysContinuing Medical Education CME allowanceEligible employer under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness PSLF programTuition reimbursementEmployee Assistance Program EAPAccess to employee discount programsRetirement savings plansCareer advancement and internal growth opportunities
