Job descriptionOpen to TRULY Board Eligible candidates within 1 year of graduation (must become Board Certified within 3 years of graduation) Desired start date : As soon as possible, with 90 days for credentialing. Practice setting : Outpatient and clinic Reason for coverage : Reopening the dermatology practice Schedule : Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule. Minimum of 36 direct patient contact hours with 4 hours of administrative time. Documentation system / EMR : EPIC Not open to 1099 candidates for this position Not open to Locums candidates Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and / or in conjunction with another job(s) Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 visa candidates

- TRULY Board Eligible (to become BC within 3 years of graduation) or Board Certified in Dermatology - REQUIRED
- MI license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- BLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- DEA (or able to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice and License History - REQUIRED
- Flu vaccine - REQUIRED
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
