On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Active RN license in Illinois

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

TNCC certification preferred

Minimum 1 year of emergency nursing experience preferred (new grads considered)

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care to ER patients in a fast-paced clinical setting

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate emergency patient care according to hospital policies

Respond rapidly to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Accurately document patient care and maintain timely records

Participate in rotating weekend shifts and adapt to department scheduling needs
