We are currently seeking PRN Registered nurses (RNs) work closely with supervising physicians to assess and monitor patients' needs. They ensure treatment and care are conducted according to facility procedures with little supervision, including administering medications along with other related tasks.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities :
Assess patients' condition and track any observationsTake and record measurements of vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.)Administer medication as prescribed by the patient's physicianDress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healingEducate resident and their families on proper care strategies and proceduresProvide palliative care as needed to keep the resident comfortableListen to patients and be prepared to respond to concerns or requestsConsult with physicians and supervisors to decide on course of treatmentPerform ongoing patient data collectionCreate and adhere to patient care plansPerform treatments, procedures, and tests to patientsEnsure physician orders for patients are entered and acknowledgedInitiate or assist with emergency response measuresEnsure a clean, sterile environment, including equipment and environmentBuild trust and form relationships with patientsDeliver exceptional patient experience through service, responsiveness, and carePerform medical services that fall within the license of a Registered NurseDirect and delegate appropriate tasks to nurses, nurse assistants, and nurse aidsMonitor patient care staff for technique and adherence to company policy and procedural directionServe as a resource for patient care staffResearch and pursue professional development opportunitiesKnow, follow, and support the philosophy and mission of the companyAdheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards of careRegistered Nurse Requirements :
