Logistician
The Logistician leads all logistics and supply chain activities under CSCEP, including procurement planning, asset management, international shipping coordination, customs clearance, sustainment support, and ODC management.
Key duties include :
- Developing and executing Equipment Procurement and Shipment Plans (EPSP)
- Coordinating with vendors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Maintaining MEL-linked asset tracking and sustainment records
- Supporting facility setup logistics, event materials deployment, and post-delivery sustainment planning
- Managing shipment milestones, risk tracking, and ODC accountability
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field57 years of logistics experience supporting Government or DoD programsActive U.S. Secret clearanceRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :
Experience managing international shipping operations and customs clearanceFamiliarity with MEL management, EPSP development, and sustainment logisticsStrong vendor coordination and shipment tracking skillsHighly Desired Skills and Experience :
Prior logistics experience supporting DTRA or related USG programsKnowledge of U.S. import / export controls and Defense Transportation RegulationsTime Management :
Ability to function at a high level with little oversight as well as work as part of a larger team to complete mission objectivesCapable of working under tight deadlines and managing tasks through successful completionTravel Requirements :
CONUS-based; OCONUS travel up to 10% in support of logistics handoffs, sustainment events, or facility equipment stagingWilling to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends as required to support partner nation and US-based training eventsAdditional notes :
