Chief Clinical Officer
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Senior Manager, Programs (SM) position is a full-time position reporting directly to the Chief
Clinical Officer (CCO). The (SM) role will provide direct, comprehensive administrative support to
the CCO as well as project management for new and existing programs. This role presents an
opportunity for a committed and passionate individual to utilize detail- orientation and
multi-tasking skills to help ensure efficient operation of the services we offer, leading to
greater success in our mission. The ability to connect with the mission and values of Samaritans is
vital.
The SM will manage multiple responsibilities and projects and work independently. The SM will make
informed, timely, and effective business decisions. With the creation of new programs and
maintenance of existing programs, the SM will be trustworthy, strategic, and think critically; must
have a high level of integrity and possess excellent communication skills both internally and
externally. Evening and weekend hours might be required to support business needs. An exceptional
person-first approach is critical to success in this position, helping to create and reflect the

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Oversight
CCO's ability to effectively lead the organization

SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $92,000 annually, and will be determined based on
experience and skill set.
