Job descriptionCompetitive Base : $325,000 base salary for 14 shifts / month (12- or 24-hour shifts). Extra Earning Potential : Additional shifts paid at median hourly rate; quarterly true-ups. Signing Bonus Full Benefits : Retirement plans (Pension, 403B, 457, SUSORP), health / dental / vision, CME allowance of $4,000 Loan Forgiveness Eligibility : As a state entity, USF Health qualifies for certain programs. Position Highlights :
- Academic Appointment : Faculty position with opportunities to teach residents, fellows, and medical students.
- Collaborative Environment : Work alongside midwives, residents, MFMs, anesthesiology, and NICU teams in a supportive, team-based culture.
- Clinical Variety : Labor & delivery, OBED coverage, supervision of CNM teams, cesareans, vaginal deliveries, and emergency GYN consults.
