Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage complex schedules, streamline office operations, and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide advanced administrative support including reporting, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate office operations and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with strong attention to detail.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support executive priorities.
- Assist with insurance-related documentation, including certificates of insurance (a plus).
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 2 years supporting executive leadership.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Experience handling insurance documentation or certificates of insurance preferred.
