Our client, a leading organization in property management, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to join their team. As a Property Manager, you will be an essential part of the community operations team, supporting the goal of providing exceptional living experiences for residents and maintaining the property's standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to excellence, aligning successfully with the organization's mission and values.

Location : Myrtle Beach, SC

Pay Range : 21.00-24.00

What's the Job?

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, prospective residents, guests, and local municipalities to foster positive relationships.
• Work diligently to achieve or maintain a 100% occupancy rate through effective leasing and resident engagement.
• Ensure timely collection of rent and fees, including follow-up on late payments to maintain financial health.
• Conduct daily community inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and community safety.
• Manage the property budget efficiently, maximizing profitability while adhering to financial guidelines.
