• All candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience.

Candidates with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, identify problems and implement solutions, and maintain meticulous cloud-based paperless files should have experience in the following :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills when communicating with clients, adjusters, medical providers, experts, defense counsel and Court personnel.

Ability to proactively handle a caseload of 75-100 files from intake through settlement / trial, including drafting Complaints, Motions and responsive pleadings, as well as Specials / Discovery / Arbitration / Mediation / Friendly Hearing / Trial packages, Releases and other settlement documents.

Ability to conduct depositions and attend all Court hearings.

Maintain a Tally of PIP Ledgers, EOBs, Health Insurance, Medicare and / or Medicaid records. Filing PIP Arbitrations / Lawsuits when necessary.

Legal database software, Needles / Neos, experience is a plus

Office 365- Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive and SharePoint
