Senior Account Executive Requirements & Qualifications

7+ years of B2B sales experience , ideally in SaaS, membership-based, or professional services environmentsProven ability to meet or exceed sales goalsStrong communication and presentation skills , in-person and virtualExperience selling to small or mid-sized business owners , preferably in home servicesCRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with digital sales toolsWillingness to travel up to 35% for events and presentationsMust Haves
Deliver engaging sales presentations during Profit Day events and virtual sessionsUse a consultative sales approach to understand contractor needs and position effective solutionsManage and track your sales pipeline in Salesforce from first contact to closeCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and great member experienceRepresent the brand at industry events and trade shows to drive visibility and growthSupport and mentor junior sales team membersSenior Account Executive Preferred Background & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the home services industryFamiliarity with sales methodologies (Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, etc.)Experience selling to multi-location or franchise organizationsDemonstrated success in goal-driven, fast-paced environmentsReady to help contractors grow their businesses—and your own career?
