Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide sales forecasts
Utilize consultative sales techniques to drive product adoption and handle objections
Prepare proposals and proactively prevent subscription cancellations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software management
Ability to create and execute customer retention strategies
Knowledge of sales and marketing practices and procedures
