Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist (Temp-to-Hire).

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert medication therapy consultations and collaborate with healthcare providers

Review and maintain patient medication profiles, ensuring adherence and optimizing treatment plans

Supervise the Clinical Care support team and assist in training new team members

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution

Licensed Pharmacist in good standing, with bilingual fluency in English and either Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese

Completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience

Knowledge of chronic disease states and their medication management

Ability to work effectively within a team and engage with diverse patient populations
