Responsibilities :

• Enter employment data into the HRIS system accurately and timely.
• Subject matter expert on the HRIS and ATS.
• Responsible for creating the trainings and follow up trainings in regards to any process in HRIS and ATS.
• Manages and maintains licensing tracking.
• Accurately processes all background checks in a timely manner.
• Assist the functions of Human Resources through timely and accurate data entry and system reporting.
• Alert and follow up with appropriate team members and managers regarding late or missing documents required for data entry.
• Track all documents for compliance tracking of current professional licenses, drivers licenses, auto insurance and all other paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Human Resource information as appropriate.
• Assist HR Manager.
• Answer telephone lines promptly and efficiently. Respond to message content appropriately.
• Ensure documents on HRIS are accurate and up-to-date .
• Lead Employee Engagement Committee.
• Responsible for New Hire Onboarding and Orientation processes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee and agency information.
• Participate in department meetings and other related activities as needed.
• Special projects as assigned by management.
• Complete HR files audits monthly.
• Regular attendance is to be maintained.
• Interact with all staff in a positive and motivational fashion supporting the Companys mission.
• Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner.
• Create and maintain a professional atmosphere.
