The Territory Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth within assigned markets by identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding relationships with existing clients, and leading business development initiatives. This position oversees market development strategies, fosters strategic partnerships, and collaborates with internal teams to meet business objectives and support the company’s long-term growth goals.

Execution
- Support the implementation of the company’s business development strategy, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives and individual Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets;
- Strengthen client relationships to enhance retention, satisfaction, and long-term value;
- Lead and manage the proposal development process from ini a on to submission;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system;
- Facilitate and drive kickoff meetings upon contract award to ensure successful project launch;
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business development effectiveness, providing actionable insights and regular updates to sales and senior leadership.
Engagement
Participate in demand generation activities such as prospecting, campaign involvement, and competitive market analysis;Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and operations—to ensure alignment of sales strategies and business development initiatives;Represent the company at tradeshows, professional organizations, and industry events;Actively engage with clients and the market through social media, ensuring all communications comply with company policies.Expansion
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, developing initiatives to enter new industries and geographic regions;Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive business growth and enhance the company’s reputation.Requirements : Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred);Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field;Proven track record of successfully identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities that drive revenue growth;Exceptional communication and presentation skills;Strong analytical skills and experience with sales data and CRM systems;Ability to execute tactically;Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;Can win attitude;Ability to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, or other business events.
