Job Title : Med / Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : Mayfield Heights, Ohio 44124 (Greater Cleveland area)

Healthcare Setting : 4 West Tower, Hillcrest Hospital

Employment Type : Travel Nursing Contract

Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 5 / 2025 – End : 3 / 6 / 2026)

Shift : Night Shift, 3x12-hour shifts / week (7 : 00pm – 7 : 30am)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,990 – $2,130

Holiday Coverage : Every other holiday required

Med / Surg Tele RN Qualifications

Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent experience in Med / Surg Telemetry nursing

Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license

Current American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certifications

Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment (2 attempts maximum)

One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med / Surg Tele

Background check and fingerprinting required

Ability to work every other holiday

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a busy Med / Surg Telemetry unit

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient status

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training

Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures
