A Financial Services Firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as the Head of Investor Relations. This role will follow a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute investor relations strategies to enhance the company’s public image and strengthen investor confidence.
- Communicate financial performance, strategic direction, and outlook to investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Oversee accurate, timely preparation and dissemination of financial reports, earnings releases, and regulatory filings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders.
- Organize and manage investor meetings, earnings calls, roadshows, and conferences.
- Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and analyst reports to provide actionable feedback to senior management.
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to manage investor relations and protect the company’s reputation.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence during crises.
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, effective communication with the investment community.
- Provide training and support to senior management for investor presentations and communications.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.Professional certifications such as CFA, IRC, or CFP are highly desirable.Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, communications, or investor relations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Experience in financial services is preferred.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.Seniority level
