Head of Investor Relations

A Financial Services Firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as the Head of Investor Relations. This role will follow a hybrid schedule.

Base pay range

$200,000.00 / yr - $350,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute investor relations strategies to enhance the company’s public image and strengthen investor confidence.
• Communicate financial performance, strategic direction, and outlook to investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Oversee accurate, timely preparation and dissemination of financial reports, earnings releases, and regulatory filings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders.
• Organize and manage investor meetings, earnings calls, roadshows, and conferences.
• Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and analyst reports to provide actionable feedback to senior management.
• Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to manage investor relations and protect the company’s reputation.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence during crises.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, effective communication with the investment community.
• Provide training and support to senior management for investor presentations and communications.
