Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Process complex payroll transactions, maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure data integrity
  • Handle inquiries related to payroll and AP with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Assist with month-end close activities and reporting

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll and accounts payable roles
  • Proficiency in payroll functions including payroll tax reporting, reconciling payroll, and handling special payroll deductions
  • Familiarity with Paylocity or similar payroll software
  • Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and costs
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is highly preferred
