- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments

- Handle inquiries related to payroll and AP with professionalism and attention to detail
- Assist with month-end close activities and reporting

Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll and accounts payable rolesProficiency in payroll functions including payroll tax reporting, reconciling payroll, and handling special payroll deductionsFamiliarity with Paylocity or similar payroll softwareSolid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processesStrong analytical skills to interpret financial data and costsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional mannerProficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelAssociates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is highly preferred
