Litigation Attorney

Alder Law is looking for a Litigation Attorney, minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, to join our firm!

Alder Law, PC represents seriously injured people in litigation involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, business torts and employment law. Responsibilities :

• Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel
• Litigate cases from the start of complaint through resolution
• Draft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motions
• Propound and Respond to Discovery
• Prepare for, take, or defend depositions
• Court Appearances as needed
• Conduct Legal research
• Manage relations with clients
• Prepare for trial

Qualifications

Admission to the State Bar of CA

Minimum five years of Personal Injury experience

Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases

Excellent client service and communication skills

Tech savvy
