Job Title : Compounder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Compounding Operator to produce batches of coatings and paints. You will follow Batch Tickets to ensure products meet customer and company specifications.

Responsibilities

• Produce batches of coatings and paints according to specifications.
• Follow Batch Ticket instructions to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Engage in chemical mixing, blending, and compounding processes.
• Maintain accurate Batch records and adhere to GMP standards.

Work Environment

The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for voluntary overtime, allowing employees to work up to 80 hours a week if desired. Shifts available are 1st Shift from Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and 2nd Shift from Monday to Friday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Training for all shifts will occur from 6 : 30 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m. for one week. Employees can enjoy almost unlimited overtime for those eager to maximize their hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $23.75 / hr.
