Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in Nome, Alaska.

Develop personalized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs and goals.

Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.

Achieve and exceed set performance targets and goals.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Experience / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Excellent skills in maintaining accurate patient documentation.
