Data Center Technician

Our client, a leading organization in data infrastructure and technology support, is seeking a Jr. Data Center Technician to join their team. As a Jr. Data Center Technician, you will be part of the Data Center Operations team supporting global data center activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for technology, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and decommissioning of data center equipment.
• Assist in diagnostics and resolving hardware and network issues under supervision.
• Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Complete work tickets efficiently, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs.
• Follow security and confidentiality protocols to maintain data integrity and physical security.
