facilities from coast to coast. We manufacture a broad range of plastic sheet for a wide variety of industries. We are
currently seeking a professional Quality Engineer to be based out of our Richmond, IN Headquarters, that will
support all eight plants in the United States.

the ability to lead quality improvement projects, and the ability to travel approximately 10-20% overnight.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems and activities across all quality
departments.
Supporting and standardizing all Company Plants PPAP / Product Qualification Process, including
documentation and final review / approval.
Managing IMDS for all customer products.
Serving as an auditor and supporting various standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, Operation Clean
Sweep, ISCC, UL, HACCP, Kosher).
Completing and responding to customer surveys and audits.
Conducting supplier evaluations, including audits and development / improvements.
Providing customer support, including on-site assistance.
Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.
Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for quality issues.
Leading and standardizing quality improvement projects and initiatives.
Performing regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues.
Analyzing quality data and generating reports for management review.
Providing training and support to staff on quality-related matters.
Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in quality management.
Performing Lifecycle Assessment Analyst Responsibilities, including assessing the environmental impact of
Company products.
The ideal candidate will :
Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality engineering role.
Possess strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be proficient in quality management software and tools.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Have incredible attention to detail and organization skills.
Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Be able to develop and implement sustainability initiatives.
Be proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn LCA software.
Have experience in areas with potential to be transferable : Research & Development, Project Management,
Root Cause Analysis, Science / Chemistry.
Be able to travel as described above (10-20% overnight travel).
