Position Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Laborer to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, labeling, stocking, picking, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
You'll work closely with the operations team to ensure our warehouse runs smoothly, materials are organized and labeled correctly, and every order leaves the facility accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify items against purchase orders.
- Label and organize materials by assigned warehouse zones (Receiving, Storage, Packing, Ready to Ship).
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct daily and weekly inventory checks and assist with full inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, ensuring items are stored properly and walkways are clear.
- Support setup of visual labeling systems and follow standard operating procedures.
- Report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Cross-train with other team members to ensure coverage and continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year experience in a warehouse, distribution, or preferred logistics environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable using basic warehouse tools, scanners, or software systems (training provided).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
