Job Title : Systems Engineer -Reliab, Maintain & Sys Health
Location : Oklahoma City, OK
Salary Range : $60-$68 / hr
Contract : 12+ months
On Call Job : Part time (Avg of 20 hours / week for duration)
Introduction
Join a dynamic and diverse team working on Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers programs. As a part of the Oklahoma Systems Integration teams, you will support the design, configuration, production, certification, and delivery of aircraft integrated systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Has experience in FMECA, Reliability, Maintainability, System Health Predictions.
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 4 years of experience with Systems Engineering principles
- Knowledge of Client Office Tools : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Great communication and writing skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at multiple organizational levels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking skills; ability to work in an agile, flexible team environment
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience using the Systems Engineering V implementing a System onto a productSystem Engineering requirements and verifications experienceAble to lead by influence outside formal reporting relationships5 years of Reliability, Maintainability, and System Health experience5 years of working experience in Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Reliability & Maintainability Predictions, and / or Reliability Testing activitiesMaster’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, or related disciplines3 years of experience with Reliability and Maintainability engineering principlesDay-to-Day Responsibilities
Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify complex lifecycle balanced systems of systems and system solutionsEvaluates customer / operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and assure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfacesPerforms various analyses to optimize total systems of systems and / or system architecturePerforms analyses for reliability, maintainability, diagnostics, system health, testability, and other specialty quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission successDevelops, maintains, and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processesResolves cross-functional technical issuesDay-to-day activities include generation of component level FMECA analyses or predictions and the associated research / discussions necessaryCompany Benefits & Culture
