• OBG Group with 1 : 4 call schedule and 4-day work week giving a nice work-life balance;
• Expect 15-20 deliveries a month ramping up pretty quickly

• Strong support from a large group of eight, highly-skilled Midwife NPs who OB assist, patient work ups and hospital rounding for OBGs
