Remote Recruitment Consultant
This is a remote position. We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Remote Recruitment Consultant to join a growing energetic team. You'll be working with a purpose-led brand that's transforming the way early-career professionals enter and thrive in the job market. We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' employment agency experience and a proven record of placements and commission success. You'll recruit across multiple industries and job types (permanent, contract and graduate programmes), engaging with clients at senior level.
You'll be supported by an admin and a marketing team, as well as cutting-edge recruitment technology. This is a remote, full-time, permanent role for someone who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in an employment agency is essential.
- Proven success in client acquisition and relationship management.
- A solid record of consistent placements and commission earnings.
- Experience managing a busy and varied recruitment desk.
- Track record of placing junior to mid-level professionals and graduates.
- Experience partnering with SMEs and corporate clients.
- Tech-savvy and confident using ATS systems.
