Human Resources Summer Internship Program

Join Diamondback Energy for a summer internship designed to immerse you in the core functions of Human Resources while contributing to meaningful, high-impact work. Over the course of the program, you'll rotate through key HR disciplines, collaborate with experienced professionals, and complete a strategic project that culminates in a presentation to company leadership. In addition to professional development, interns will enjoy team-building activities such as baseball games, volunteer events, and networking with peers across the organization.

• Compliance understanding regulatory requirements and support policy adherence across HR practices.
• Employee Relations principles to guide business success and growth.
