Job description

Job Description :

Pay Range : $28.50hr - $32.50hr

Requirement / Must Have :

  • Build desktops, laptops, and tablets using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
  • Ensure BitLocker encryption keys are stored in Active Directory and InTune.
  • Confirm Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Client is installed during device builds.
  • Keep devices connected to the NTS Network for at least 2.5 hours after build completion.
  • Install all software listed on the build sheet for each device
  • Document all tracked assets (desktops, laptops, tablets, docking stations, monitors, printers, scanners, etc.) in the IT Services Asset Management system per procedure guidelines.
  • Diagnose and resolve endpoint hardware / software issues; record actions in Help Desk ticketing system.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs or coordinate vendor repairs.
  • ssist with removal and disposal of obsolete equipment, salvaging usable parts.
  • Perform monthly tasks including :
  • Connecting backup tablets to the NTS Network for Patch Tuesday updates.
  • Powering on iPads and tablets for designated monthly intervals.

Experience :

  • 4+ years of experience in desktop and networked systems support.
  • 2+ years of experience in computer deployment, operation, and repair.
  • 2+ years of experience in hardware / software installation.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite (Edge, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Expertise supporting Microsoft Windows.
  • Due to Nature of job, The candidate must have ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally and 20 ponds frequently.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Build and configure end-user devices.
  • Maintain accurate asset documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance and equipment disposal tasks.
  • Complete monthly network connection and update responsibilities.
  • Follow all IT procedures and documentation standards.

    • Should Have :

  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems.
  • Experience with NTS Network.
  • Experience with Active Directory or InTune.

    • Skills :

  • Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Knowledge of desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners.

  • Effective communication and documentation skills.

    • Qualification And Education :

  • High school diploma required.
  • ssociate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (may substitute for required work experience).
