Key Responsibilities :

• Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
• Ensure safe and sanitary operations per program standards
• Maintains food and labor cost while ensuring quality standards
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls
• Model R / A's culture of CARE and ensure hospitality- centric experiences for all internal and external guests
• Use culinary expertise and experience to execute catering functions
