Licensed Associate Loan Officer

A company is looking for an Associate Loan Originator - Consumer Direct.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate contact and establish relationships with potential clients

Overcome client objections and validate information provided

Transfer live calls to Licensed Loan Originators and maintain a high volume of daily calls

Required Qualifications

High school diploma / GED and comparable work experience

Expected to obtain Mortgage Originator License within 120 days of hire

Proven self-starter with a drive to exceed goals

Ability to adapt well to change and manage multiple demands

Demonstrated history of self-motivation and initiative
