Hospital At Home Logistic Coordinator

Under the direction of the Hospital at Home leadership, the logistic coordinator works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to plan and execute operations for the Hospital at Home units. This includes administrative support of the operation, planning, scheduling and updating patient visits as well as services needed for patients. Managing services for patients with excellence and a proactive approach is essential to success, as is considering efficiencies for care delivery across the daily operation. This role will also participate in reporting and monitoring the operational efficiency of the unit(s) based on metric / KPI processes determined by leadership. Performs all other duties as needed or directed by the Hospital at Home leadership team to meet the needs of the Service Line.

z) Incumbent must be continuously prepared to prevent a patient fall.

Pay Range : $19.00 - $30.00
Compensation :
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
