We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and detail-oriented environment. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Proactively update customers on the status of their orders and anticipate their needs based on the product or service stage.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with a detail-oriented approach, turning challenges into opportunities to build stronger relationships.
  • Inform customers about additional products and services that may align with their needs.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Accurately process order entries and ensure all customer information is up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers to enhance their overall experience.
  • Ensure all communications are documented properly to track customer interactions and follow-up needs.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with order entry systems and precision in processing customer requests.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints with empathy and care.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
