We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
- Proactively update customers on the status of their orders and anticipate their needs based on the product or service stage.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with a detail-oriented approach, turning challenges into opportunities to build stronger relationships.
- Inform customers about additional products and services that may align with their needs.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Accurately process order entries and ensure all customer information is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers to enhance their overall experience.
- Ensure all communications are documented properly to track customer interactions and follow-up needs.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with order entry systems and precision in processing customer requests.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints with empathy and care.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management practices.
