The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. You will be exposed to Google's support and services operations across a wide range of products and customers. You will be responsible for aligning vertical operating teams across gTech, and will work cross-functionally with finance, vertical gTech teams, Sales Operations, and People Operations on developing plans, and setting and monitoring gTech's performance against our business goals. You'll also provide thought leadership by delivering compelling analyses to support data-driven decision making. You will have the opportunity to shape how we deliver customer care and how we drive efficiencies across a global operations team. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding portfolio tradeoffs, defining business metrics, and business performance management.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities include developing and coordinating a robust, data driven business planning process and annual goals, building the processes and reporting needed to monitor performance against plans, evaluating large, complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends and solve complex problems, and driving business judgment, market understanding, problem solving, and fact-based analysis to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex business problems. You will also act as a strategic partner to the business supporting the leadership on service transformations, operational accuracy, organizational initiatives, and helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership's strategic vision.
