F-35 Final Assembly Systems Checkout
Manages the analysis and designing of sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and the establishment of methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Position will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key deliverables pertaining to schedule management, cost control, cost reduction, capacity / resource planning, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, monitors the development and implementation plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition / disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline.
- Functional application of Industrial Engineering tools and techniques in an Assembly or Delivery Operations environment; which could include, production scheduling, manufacturing / labor estimating, or capacity / resource planning.
- Experience managing metrics and reporting tools to ensure elements of cost, schedule, quality, safety, and workforce are designed into the production decisions and forecasts.

Prior leadership or technical lead experienceExperience with Assembly EVMS ProcessesProject management experienceLean / Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA, etc.)Experience working with Manufacturing Systems; which could include SAP, SFM, CAPP, ECM, iBaseT, Apriso, 3DX or XVE.Experience working with business objects (BO) and enterprise data warehouse (EDW)Data Analytics Processes and tools experience : One or more of the following; Regression analysis, statistical process control, data mining, SQL, R, Cobra, Python, Tableau.Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
