Base pay range : $80,000.00 / yr - $105,000.00 / yr

A Day In The Life

• Lead and execute the development and maintenance of accurate and effective engineered standards through time and frequency studies.
• Define and maintain "Best Methods" for all job functions including training of management and hourly workforce on productivity and work methods.
• Support business objectives and expense and throughput improvement initiatives through needs assessment, work methods flow analysis, recommendations and project implementation.
• Use appropriate project management tools to plan, develop, and coordinate the completion of assigned tasks and deliver quantifiable results.
• Test new concepts to improve the flow and setup in the distribution centers.
• Support the design and implementation of material handling equipment incorporated into existing, new and expanded network buildings.
• Support capital projects when required with work sampling, cost justification (Return on Investment), and cost / benefit analyses.
• Provide guidance to less senior engineers and be versed at team education, training and facilitation of engineering principles. Assist in management of the productivity clerical team.
