Description : Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time | 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts

Auburn Village, 1751 Wesley Road, Auburn, IN (Just 20 minutes north of Fort Wayne)

What We Offer

Competitive Pay : Earn up to $44 / hour PLUS :
Sign-On Bonus :

Full-Time : $5 / hour up to $10,000

Part-Time : $5 / hour up to $5,000

Respiratory Unit Bonus : Additional $1 / hour

Mileage Reimbursement : For commutes over 20 miles (up to 50 miles round trip)

Responsibilities :

Deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process

Ensure positive clinical outcomes and maintain compliance

Supervise and support CNAs and QMAs

Requirements :

Requirements of the Registered Nurse :

Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana (Compact Licenses Accepted)

Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred

Strong organizational skills; detail oriented

Exceptional critical thinking skills

High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards

Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
