We're looking for a detail-driven, highly organized, and relationship-oriented Project Manager to help bring our most important go-to-market initiatives to life. In this role, you'll guide cross-functional teams through complex projectsfrom concept to launchensuring flawless execution, clear communication, and impactful results. You'll connect strategy to action, orchestrate teams across Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Sales, and keep everyone aligned, informed, and moving forward. This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our (brand new!) Framingham, MA office

Skills You Will Bring

35 years of experience in project management, ideally within marketing, growth, or go-to-market functions.

PMP Certification preferred

Proven success managing enterprise-level or cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.

Strong proficiency in Asana (certifications preferred) and familiarity with tools like Salesforce, 6Sense, Google Analytics, and Seismic.

Ability to run projects independently; owning timelines, stakeholder alignment, communications, and risk mitigation.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear plans, updates, and action steps.

High attention to detail paired with the ability to prioritize when everything feels urgent.

Collaborative leadership style and strong relationship-building instincts.

Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivoting when needed.

High emotional intelligence : you read situations, anticipate challenges, and adapt your approach.

Achievements

Successfully leading multi-team GTM or marketing programs from kickoff to launch.

Building project plans that keep stakeholders aligned and eliminate ambiguity.

Transforming complex or messy workflows into clear, repeatable processes.

Driving measurable outcomesspeed to market, improved cross-team communication, increased program quality.

Serving as the connective tissue between creative, marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Running retrospectives that identify insights and turn them into better future execution.

Managing multiple projects at once while consistently delivering on time and within scope.

The base salary range for this position is $88,000$107,000. Offered base compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other factors relevant to the scope and responsibilities of this role. This role is also eligible for bonus or other variable compensation based on job performance and our standard benefits package, which supports employee well-being and work-life balance.
