Job Details:

• 36 guaranteed hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 hours for 8/10 hour shifts
\n• On-call required: 1 shift per week and 2 twelve-hour weekend shifts per month
\n• Float within scope to meet facility needs
\n• 40 hours of orientation required
\n• 2 years of direct RN OR experience required with strong robotics, orthopedic, and neuroscience experience
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
\n• EKG and pharmacy test required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts for each
\n• Time-sensitive modules must be completed pre-start (6-15 hours, non-billable)
\n• Work with adult and geriatric patients in 18-room operating suite
\n• Extensive surgical experience required including thoracic, laparoscopic, orthopedic, neurological, and robotic procedures
\n• Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and Mako Surgical System required
\n• Must be willing to participate in training students and new staff in teaching facility environment
\n• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
