Role Description
This is a part time on-site role for a Dispatcher, located in Mill Valley, CA working nights or weekends as well as some holidays. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing incoming service requests, coordinating with security personnel, monitoring alarm systems, maintaining communication logs, and ensuring timely response to security alerts. Additionally, the Dispatcher will collaborate with field technicians, provide customer support, and assist in incident documentation.
Currently available shifts are (to start with 1-3 shifts per week) :
Mondays 6 pm - 11 : 30 pm
Mondays 11 : 30 pm - 7 : 30 am
Tuesdays 11 : 30 pm
Thursdays 11 : 30 pm
Sundays 3 : 30 pm - 11 : 30 pm
Sundays 11 : 30 pm - 7 : 30 am
