Role : BI Analyst

Experience Required : 4-8 Years

Location : New York City (Hybrid - 2 / 3 days / week from office)

• Work across all products and business divisions of the company to analyze data and summarize for easy consumption by business decision-makers.
• Provide actionable insights for company business decisions using data analysis, visualizations, and reporting
• Develop a state-of-art analytics environment using statistical methodologies.
• Develop data pipelines for analysis in the AWS environment, bring disparate data sources together to provide multi-dimensional reports and new insights.
• Explore analytical tools and adopt best practice methodologies and approaches.
• Work closely with partners across the organization through all stages of business development and provide recommendations for reporting future tests and next business steps.
• Advance Business Analysis by incorporating best practices and new technologies.
• Communicate results of the analysis through storytelling and democratization of the data analysis.
• Other focus areas include creating a foundational data layer of customer-level behavior data, advancing audience understanding, and building data products.
• Hands on experience in Microsoft Power BI required.
• Experience in Media / Advertising / Agency domain will be a plus.
