Job Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a rehab / nursing home environmentAssess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, and update documentation accuratelyProvide medication administration and treatment interventions per physician ordersCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members (CNAs, therapists, physicians, families)Participate in resident care conferences and quality assurance initiativesPromote a safe, respectful, and supportive care environmentQualifications
Active RN License in the state of IllinoisADN or BSN from an accredited nursing programBLS (Basic Life Support) certification requiredPrevious experience in rehab, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred (not required - willing to train the right candidate)Why Join This Facility?
