Key Responsibilities

• As a Senior Project Engineer , you will :
• Manage and oversee the preparation of construction bid documents, contracts, project schedules, and budgets.
• Lead construction support and field coordination efforts.
• Develop and review conceptual and preliminary engineering designs, considering land use, zoning, infrastructure, and regulatory factors.
• Oversee the preparation and processing of regulatory and public improvement plans.
• Provide constructability reviews and construction support services.
• Ensure compliance with jurisdictional codes, standards, and procedures across California, especially within the San Diego region.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and designers, fostering professional growth.
• Write comprehensive proposals, contracts, and scopes of work for both private and public projects.
• Contribute to business development by maintaining client relationships and actively participating in professional and community organizations.
