We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Enterprise Customer Partner Transformation & Growth (CPG Focus) to lead business development and transformation initiatives across key accounts in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. This role combines strategic account leadership, digital transformation expertise, and cross-portfolio orchestration to deliver measurable value and long-term growth.
You will be instrumental in shaping Siemens market presence, driving integrated solutions, and elevating customer engagement to the enterprise level.
We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Partner-Transformation & Growth (Consumer Packaged Foods). This position will be based remotely within the US.
You will make an impact by :
Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve significant sales growth. Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, influencing strategic direction and delivering impactful outcomes.
Architect and delivering innovative solutions by leveraging the full Siemens portfolioincluding Digital Industries, Advanta, and Xcelerator partners. Coordinate across internal teams and strategic partners to ensure successful execution and scalable impact.
Elevate discussions to the enterprise level, helping clients navigate Siemens complexity and unlock transformational value. Drive opportunity management, demand generation, and rigorous forecasting to ensure solutions deliver quantifiable financial outcomes.
Establish and manage a robust pipeline, lead pursuit teams, and negotiate strategic deals. Collaborate with solution design and specialty teams to develop compelling proposals and close high-impact projects.
Represent Siemens as a thought leader in the CPG sector. Engage with industry associations, contribute to account planning, and provide strategic feedback to inform product and market direction.
Serve as the primary Advanta executive for Siemens key accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment across complex organizational structures and global headquarters in collaboration with Siemens Corporate Account Manager.

The pay range for this position is $122,951 - $210,773 annually with a target incentive of 35% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
