Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are offering up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

Responsibilities :

The registered nurse provides high quality, skilled nursing services

Assists the patients to achieve optimum health and functional health status following an illness requiring hospitalization.

Collaborating with physicians and other health care professionals, the Registered Nurse prepares the patient and family for discharge to home or another setting for continued care.

Job Requirements

We require :

Current WA State RN license required.

Two (2) or more years of recent Critical Care experience preferred.

EKG Monitor Validation & ACLS will be required within 90 days of hire.

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.

Additional Preferred Qualifications : Open Heart experience; Interventional Cardiology experience and device experience; and CCRN.
