A company is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to drive growth and scale performance channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design static ads for Paid Social, utilizing performance data to create high-performing creative

Design performance and editorial Emails, collaborating with Channel partners to refine design systems

Develop testing roadmaps in partnership with ACD, Channel, and Brand teams while staying informed on competitive trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in high-growth startup or agency settings

Proven experience in design for performance channels, particularly Paid Social and Email

Strong ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to design

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Highly collaborative and detail-oriented with a proactive approach
