As a key member of the global digital leadership team, this role will drive the strategic vision and execution of eCommerce, personalization, and guided commerce initiatives. The successful candidate will define and implement a multi-year product roadmap focused on delivering world-class digital experiences that enhance engagement, retention, and revenue. You will lead a talented team of product managers, collaborate across UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science, and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative, customer-centric digital experiences. This is a unique opportunity to influence global digital transformation within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Accountabilities :

  • Develop and execute the global product strategy and roadmap for eCommerce, personalization, and guided commerce experiences.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-driven tools to deliver personalized customer journeys and product recommendations that boost conversion and lifetime value.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Engineering, Marketing, CRM, and Data Science to design, test, and implement impactful digital solutions.
  • Define measurable success metrics, oversee experimentation frameworks, and use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, personalization, and digital commerce to maintain a strong competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience in eCommerce, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in defining and delivering large-scale digital strategies and customer-facing products that drive measurable results.
  • Strong expertise in personalization platforms (CDPs, recommendation engines) and guided commerce.
  • Skilled in managing and developing teams within agile environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical fluency and ability to translate business goals into clear requirements for engineering and data science teams.
  • Experience with global eCommerce platforms such as Shopify Plus or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI / ML applications in personalization and omnichannel commerce is preferred.
