Compensation

$181,600 - $227,000 Placement within this range is based on years of experience in a Director-level position

Qualifications

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : A current unrestricted license to practice medicine issued by the Oregon Medical Board and a valid individual DEA certification must be maintained throughout employment. Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
