Job Title: Project Management Specialist
Location: Berkeley, Missouri (On-Site)

Job Summary: Our team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of complex projects by developing, integrating, and analyzing comprehensive plans and schedules. We focus on driving improvements and supporting key decision-makers to achieve project objectives effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with technical stakeholders to validate technical requirements and readiness for project execution.
• Partner with facility management teams to ensure alignment of project support with technical needs and timelines.
• Manage project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery meets specified objectives.
• Track and report on project financials, including EAC/ETC, and maintain updates for funding managers.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of project management experience supporting technical or facility projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proven ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience coordinating with engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Proficiency in financial tracking for project budgets, including capital and expenses.
